xFUME® ADVANCED
Mobile welding fume extraction systems with extraction at source
The xFUME® ADVANCED from ABICOR BINZEL is a mobile high-vacuum extraction system that works in combination with a fume extraction torch from the xFUME® series as a system solution to capture welding fumes directly at the point of origin. These extraction systems comply with the regulations of international occupational health and safety organizations, which expressly recommend extraction at source. Depending on country-specific regulations, companies may have to upgrade existing stationary extraction systems or hall ventilation systems.
Suitable fume extraction torches are the gas cooled and liquid cooled xFUME® PRO for use in tough industrial environments and the liquid cooled xFUME® PRO HD for particularly high loads and extra long duty cycles. The gas cooled xFUME® COMPACT is ideal for small repair and workshop work. Contrary to popular belief, all extraction torches are very easy to handle, provide a good view of the process and ensure optimum shielding gas coverage.
The system solutions based around the xFUME® ADVANCED extraction system are suitable for use at up to two MIG welding workstations and guarantee maximum safety for welders and other operating personnel.
